Origin: The vineyards are located in Terontola Alta, in the municipality of Cortona, 300 meters above sea level. They are well exposed to the sun, and the terrain consists of a medium type soil of Pliocene origin.
Grape harvest: by hand, when the grapes are ripe. Then, they are dried on straw mats.
