Description
Smell: powerful, yet harmonious and balanced wine, characterized by a so3 and elegant structure, complex, fascinating and deep aromas of red fruits, chocolate, coffee and white pepper, with hints of spices and blond tobacco.
Taste: it has a nice roundness and on the palate it offers velvety tannins and a correct acidity, the taste is fruity and spicy, with exuberant notes of strawberries and cherries, mineral hints, and cloves. The finish shows great personality with a layered, long and persistent a3ertaste.
Gastronomic combinations: It goes well with succulent and elaborate dishes with savory first courses and second courses with firm and aromatic cooking, roasted red meats.
