Smell: The fruit is well expressed. Hints of black fruits with spicy notes; pepper, coffee powder roasts and even mineral and balsamic tones can be recognized.
Taste: In the mouth the wine is rich, balanced and very enjoyable to drink, supported by a pleasant wood which leaves an a3ertaste of roasted coffee on an end of intact sweetness.
Food matches: Red and grilled meats, game and mature cheeses. Excellent with beef steak.
